Evaluation

Our first step is to conduct an initial site evaluation. As trained professionals, we work to understand the nature of water damage before determining the best course of action. Determining the type of water damage is critical to success.

We then develop a scope of work, site sketch, and estimated cost. A work schedule is developed upon approval of the scope of work and estimated cost.

Water Extraction

We will extract the water from your home or business using state-of-the-art equipment. We can also extract items from your house or business that must be taken to a facility for further drying.

Cleaning

We clean rugs and flooring, including carpet, tile, vinyl, wood, and concrete. We do not clean upholstery, electronics, or garments. We can help extract these items and take them to a secure facility for further drying. If deemed necessary, our technicians will disinfect the area.

Drying

We dispatch our fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process, which typically takes between two and five days. Using water metering technology to determine the progress, we stay on site until the structure has been completely dried.
